Broadway Diner Desserts

Located a couple blocks from the Fayetteville square in Georgia, a popular local restaurant is packed with diners every night of the week. At Broadway Diner, it’s not uncommon to see folks waiting outside for a seat, even in the middle of the week. Usually the wait isn’t any longer than twenty or thirty minutes, but that’s an indication of something. There must be something people find special about this place. I was excited to try Boma for breakfast, especially after reading of their more than 45 items included in the buffet. I was curious to see how the “flavor of Africa” would be infused with breakfast foods.

Boma is located in the Jambo House, which is at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. We got seated and I immediately went to work. Because this was a buffet, the reviews will be a little shorter and to the point. There would be a lot of individual items being consumed. 9:05 a.m. Breakfast at Kona Cafe

“Tonga Toast”

Breakfast this morning was at the Polynesian Resort. I had been looking forward to ordering another Disney favorite, Tonga Toast. Before the meal came out, the condiments were delivered. They consisted of butter, maple syrup, and a cold strawberry compote. Continue reading Trip Report: Disney World (April 2013, Day 3)
